Week 1: An Intense Craving for Bojangles Chicken Biscuits (June 24)

I normally do not like Bojangles.  It is one of my very least favorite fast food restaurants.  Only Wendy's is below it on the list.  I would even eat Arby's before I would eat Bojangles.  Something was different this week.  Every night at dinner time when Michael would ask me what I wanted it was the same thing.  A Bojangles Cajun Filet Biscuit.  Even typing it now makes me salivate.  We didn't know it then, but this is how Biscuit would get his nickname.
